GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Quattro is Improve´s solution for an ergonomic
and high quality production for window and door
frames.
Quattro is assembling all four corners in an
aluminium frame at the same time, for example
window and door frames. To assemble all four
corners at the same time has big advantages,
for example shorter cycle time, orthogonally
corners and high precision when it comes to diagonal
symmetry.
Quattro also offers extraordinary ergonomic for
the operator, control of the frame before stamping
and Servo controlled correction of shape.
Quattro is designed for timesaving production
of windows and doors.
Quattro can also be integrated together with
Speedline for a complete production line and/or
together with robots for automatic handling.
OPTION: Automatic measuring system for glass
rims.
